Established in 2012 by Ms Elsa van den Heever, First Aid Courses & Training (FACT) has grown into a prominent registered training organisation with a strong focus on delivering Certificate III, Certificate IV and single competency certificates for first aid and CPR training in the healthcare industry. As a registered NDIS provider under Disability & Ageing Services (DAS), we also provide disability and ageing services.

At FACT, our goal is to continuously expand our workshops and course offerings and forge new partnerships to better serve the growing needs of our community across Mackay, Sarina, Proserpine and Moranbah. Our courses cater to a wide range of clientele, including the disability, community and aged care sectors, as well as commercial, trade, engineering and mining businesses.
